How AI Search works

Traditional search relies on exact keyword matches. AI Search analyzes the meaning of your query and finds relevant profiles even if they use different wording.

At the core of this approach is vector search. The system compares your query with candidate profiles based on meaning, not exact words. This allows it to match candidates even if their profiles use different terms.

For example, a query like “fintech developer” can match profiles that mention “banking software,” “payment systems,” or “financial technology.”

To improve accuracy, combine AI Search with filters. AI identifies relevant profiles based on meaning, while filters apply specific requirements such as location, skills, experience level, etc.

Use 1-2 filters to refine your results. Avoid overloading your search with too many conditions at the start.

How to enable AI Search

→  Go to the Search tab
→  Locate theAI Search toggle at the top of the filters panel
→  Turn it on

Ways to use AI Search

1. Search by Job Description

Use this option if you have a prepared job description.

Steps:

1. Click the search field
2. Select Job Description
3. Paste the job description or upload a file

The system will analyze the text and return relevant candidates.

2. Search by text query

Use this option when you don’t have a job description. Enter your query in natural language.

3. Find similar

Search based on a reference candidate profile.

The system will find candidates with similar characteristics.

After running an AI search, suggested filters appear in the right panel.

While reviewing results, you can mark relevant candidates with 👍 (like). The system uses this feedback to refine search results.

The more relevant profiles you select, the more accurate your results become. This is especially useful for niche or complex searches.

Search Accuracy

Search accuracy controls how deeply the system analyzes data.To adjust it, click the ⚙️ icon next to AI Search toggle, and select a level from 1 to 10.

To begin using LinkedIn automation, you need to complete one essential step: connect your LinkedIn account to Wandify.

Important: Select your country to ensure proxies match your location – this significantly reduces the risk of account restrictions.

Want to scale your outreach? You can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts for increased daily limits.

If you have available slots, you can directly add a new LinkedIn account without any additional steps. However, if there aren’t enough available slots, you’ll need to temporarily disable one of your active accounts first using the toggle switch. This will free up a slot and allow the system to process the new account connection correctly.

Setting Up LinkedIn Account Limits

LinkedIn safety requires following proper limits to keep your accounts secure. Here’s how to configure them:

Account Management You can add as many LinkedIn accounts as needed to your system. Each account can have its limits configured individually.

Essential Limit Settings:

• IP Location: Set this to match your actual location where you access LinkedIn (e.g., if you’re in France, select France)
• Profile Views: Configure daily viewing limits
• Likes: Set appropriate daily like limits
• Connections: Define connection request limits
• Messages: Set messaging limits
• InMails: Configure InMails outreach limits

1.4 Direct Messages.
Once prospects accept your connection request or if they’re already in your network, continue with targeted LinkedIn messages. For those who don’t accept, you can pivot to InMail.

Trigger and Delay Settings
A trigger is a condition that, when met (e.g., a friend request is accepted), automatically sends an email after a set time.

Delays control timing between actions:
Delay is a pause between different activities like viewing profiles, sending connections, or messages.

Select the Prospects folder containing your target recipients – these are the people who will receive your automated sequence.

Managing Your Do-Not-Send List

In your account settings, you’ll find a Do-Not-Send List feature. This prevents messages from being sent to specific contacts.

To create your exclusion list:

1. Click “Create New List”
2. Select “Add Entries”
3. Important: Only add LinkedIn profile URLs, separated by commas for bulk uploads
4. You can edit, delete, or search within your lists anytime

When a prospect’s information matches your do-not-send list, they’re automatically removed from active sequences.

Step 3: Configure Sending Options

Important: For successful updating, the candidate profile must have at least one of two things – a LinkedIn profile or an email address. This allows the system to accurately identify the candidate and update their specific data.

Automatic Candidate Recommendations for Your Vacancies

When you create a vacancy in the CleverStaff system, the service analyzes the requirements and description of your vacancy, and then finds up to 5 most relevant candidates from Wandify.

These selected candidates automatically appear in your CleverStaff account as recommended and will show at the top of your candidate list. You just need to look at them and decide who to contact first.

5. Choose the Enrichment Scenario 

Next, select the group or category of profiles you want to update within CleverStaff. You can choose:

• to update profiles if they already exist in CleverStaff, 
• To update if exist more than one candidate in CleverStaff 
• To update only the candidates I’m responsible for.

You can configure these settings in two ways:

1. When you click on “Export to CleverStaff,” there’s a button to access the settings directly.
2. Alternatively, you can go to your personal account and navigate to the export menu.

Step 5: Export Data in CSV Format

1. You can easily export the saved candidates. There are two types of credits in our system: contact credits and export credits. With contact credits, you can access the available direct contact details of a profile, and with export credits, you can export profiles in CVS formats. 
2. Export Profiles: Select profiles (individually, the entire page, or all) and export the file in CSV format. Follow the instructions, name the file, and choose whether to export data with or without contacts.
3. Credit Management: If you export data with direct contacts, both contact credits and export credits will be deducted. Re-exported profiles by teammates will not incur additional charges.
4. Saved Folders Export: Export data from saved folders where you previously selected profiles.

Step 6: Chrome Extension

1. Download and install the Wandify Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store or directly from the platform.
2. Use the extension on LinkedIn to access verified data. Create your search request on LinkedIn.
3. A purple icon on profiles indicates Wandify’s presence. Clicking on it expands details like location, skills, and company size. If the contact details are in Wandify’s database, click “Open Contacts” to view contact information.
