How to Set up the Integration with CleverStaff
To begin leveraging the benefits of the Wandify integration with CleverStaff, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Wandify account.
- Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon.
- In the settings menu, locate and click on the “Integrations” section.
- Look for the integration option and select it.
5. You will be prompted to enter the following information to establish the connection:
- API Name & API Key: To obtain your API name and key, please contact CleverStaff support. They will provide you with the necessary information for the integration and activate the integration.
- Email: Enter the email address associated with your CleverStaff account.
6. After entering the required information, click “Done” to activate the integration.
Once these steps are completed, you’ll be able to use Wandify’s features to enrich your CleverStaff candidate data.

Here’s how to use Wandify to enhance your CleverStaff database:
- Set up Search Conditions
Start by setting up the conditions for searching candidates profiles according to your recruitment needs. - Select Profiles
Choose the desired number of profiles you want to add to your CleverStaff database. - Export to CleverStaff
Click on the download icon, then select “Export to CleverStaff” to seamlessly transfer the selected profiles to your ATS.
- Select Fields to Enrich Candidates Profiles
After choosing the profiles, you can select the specific parameters you want to include in CleverStaff. Options include First and Last Name, Headline, Location, Contacts, Education, Current Workplace, Company, Description, Open to Work status, Skills, Languages, and Work Experience. - Choose the Enrichment Scenario
Next, select the group or category of profiles you want to update within CleverStaff. You can choose:
- to update profiles if they already exist in CleverStaff,
- To update if exist more than one candidate in CleverStaff
- To update only the candidates I’m responsible for.
You can configure these settings in two ways:
- When you click on “Export to CleverStaff,” there’s a button to access the settings directly.
- Alternatively, you can go to your personal account and navigate to the export menu.
If you’re not using CleverStaff, candidate data enrichment is possible with the help of the CSV export feature.
